When placing an order, please include the following information:
- Purchase order number
- Shipping address or customer number
- Billing address or customer number
- Contact name + phone number + e-mail address purchase department
- Name + phone number + email address end-user
- Fluorescent label of the PCR primer (*)
- VAT number (European Union only) (**)
(*) Fluorescent label of the PCR primers: ABI capillary electrophoresis instruments require FAM-labelled primers. For other instruments, several other fluorescent labels are available, including Cy5.0 (Beckman), ROX, IRD800 (LICOR) and unlabelled primers. Please mention on each order which fluorescent label is required.
(**) VAT number (European Union only):
All prices are without VAT. Countries of the European Union will have to pay VAT in their own country. Please mention on your order the VAT (TVA Intracommunitaire; MWS; BTW; IVA; MOMS) number of your company or institute. Our VAT no. is NL813037761B01. Without VAT tax number, we have to add 19% VAT to orders shipped within the European Union.
Custom fees and import taxes
The recipient is responsible for any local import or other taxes levied outside the Netherlands. Customers from the European Union will have to pay tax in their own country.
Shipping and Handling costs
Europe: For orders below € 900, shipping/handling costs (€ 60) will be charged.
Outside Europe: For orders below € 1500, shipping/handling costs are € 110.
Prices are based on shipment by courier service (TNT, Fedex). Different prices apply for freight forwarding, please enquire.
Shipping Policy
Our SALSA MLPA products are shipped worldwide from Amsterdam, the Netherlands on dry ice or with ice packs, using a courier service.
We ship on every Monday. For destinations within central Europe we also ship on Wednesday. Orders will be shipped within 1,5 weeks time when products are in stock.
Returned Goods Policy
If errors in ordered goods were made by MRC-Holland, the goods will of course be replaced at the expense of MRC-Holland. If errors in ordering have been made by the customer, we unfortunately cannot exchange any goods, as SALSA MLPA products that have been shipped cannot be resold.
Product Use
Any product manufactured and/or distributed by MRC-Holland should be used in accordance with the product's labelled intended use.
All SALSA MLPA kits are sold by MRC-Holland for research purposes only. Our kits are not FDA/CE certified for diagnostic purposes!
Patents
Nothing disclosed herein is to be construed as a recommendation to use any of MRC-Holland products in violation of any patents. Furthermore, MRC-Holland does not warrant that any of its products, either when used alone or in combination with other products, is immune from charges of patent infringement. MRC-Holland will not be held responsible for patent infringements or other violations that may occur from the use of any of its products.
New order processing system at MRC-Holland
As of July 1st 2010, MRC-Holland is using a new system (Navision from Microsoft) to process your orders. With this new system, the layout of our invoices and letter of contents will be changed. As we have noticed that this caused confusion among some of our customers, we have written a document that explains all the changes that come with the new ordering system.
